At Elyon Kindergarten and Primary School we are passionate about giving children a rich, well-rounded education one that prepares them not just for good exam results, but for life itself. We follow the Uganda National Curriculum carefully, while gently weaving Christian values and biblical principles into every lesson and every day.

Nursery & Pre-Primary (Baby, Middle, Top Class)

These first years matter so much. We create a happy, safe and exciting place where little ones naturally fall in love with learning.

We focus on the things that build strong foundations:

Everything is done through play, songs, stories, crafts and plenty of outdoor time. With small classes and kind, attentive teachers, every child feels noticed, loved and ready to step into Primary One with confidence.

Primary Years – P1 to P7

We teach the full Uganda National Primary Curriculum with love, care and high standards — building solid basics in the lower years, deeper understanding in the middle, and calm, thorough preparation for PLE in P6 and P7.

The subjects we cover are:

Music, Dance & Drama	Singing, traditional dance, acting and performing

We teach in ways that make learning come alive:

Lessons full of Bible truth and character-building moments
Small classes so every child gets noticed and helped personally
Hands-on activities, experiments, group projects and outings
Regular checks to see how each child is doing and where they need support
Extra lessons for anyone who needs a little more help — or more challenge
Careful, prayerful preparation for PLE with mocks, past papers and encouragement

Our Track Record

Year after year our children do very well in the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE). We see high numbers of Division 1 and Division 2 passes, strong aggregate scores, and many pupils going on to excellent secondary schools.

We thank God for these results they show His faithfulness, the children’s hard work, our teachers’ dedication, and the support of wonderful parents.
